1. Return Window

We accept qualified return applications submitted within 30 calendar days upon package delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your returned balloon toys must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition, accompanied by complete original packaging and full accessory sets. Valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) is mandatory for return processing.

  • Note: Custom-printed balloons, gift cards, and final-sale goods cannot be returned or exchanged, except for circumstances obligated by local applicable law.

3. How to Start a Return

Before sending any items back, please send an email to service@kidibea.com including your order number, the balloon items you intend to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Important Notice: Please do not send your returns back directly to our business registration address in Dongguan. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will reply via email with detailed return guidelines and the appropriate return warehouse address.

4. Damage or Order Issues

Kindly inspect your goods right after receiving the parcel. If your toy balloons arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly at service@kidibea.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Preference-based Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective or preference-based returns. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different, we will cover or reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

6. Refund Timing

Once your returned parcel is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
