2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please keep in mind that it can take 1 to 2 business days after dispatch for the tracking link to show its first active carrier scan.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@kidibea.com. We will always do our best to help, but please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered the fulfillment process or shipped.

4. What if my balloon item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

If a toy balloon arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing from your package, please email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the details and provide a swift, appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
